Three Lights offers a range of home design and renovation services to help our clients create spaces they love. Projects come in all types, shapes, and sizes and our approach is to be responsive and flexible with each one. We can work with clients to carry out their own vision or we can lead them through a design process step-by-step from beginning to end. Some examples of past collaboration with clients include:
- Renovation design planning and project management
- Pre-purchase renovation or investment property consultation
- Design services for rentors (make it your space!)
- Home staging preparation
- Spacial planning (e.g.: furniture arrangement, design and organize existing space)
- Selection of materials (e.g.: lights, countertops, paint)
A percentage of each project is donated to a local not-for-profit organization. Some examples of organizations we support are the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC, E.K. Powe/IFS Backpack program, Genesis Home and the Durham Living Wage Project.
